Boston College
I've been flip-flopping whether to post this story or not, but I thought it was a really cool experience for me and my industry...
I work for a university as a recruitment officer and was recently sent to a major conference where many major North American colleges and universities met to discuss recruitment strategies and meet with a number of international high school counsellors. When I arrived at the conference, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Boston College was attending the event. I don't have previous history with any of their staff, but I was excited about the chance to speak with them about him (and hoped they would know who I was talking about- as some recruiters don't have a lot of sports background)
I managed to connect with the recruiter, who was extremely surprised and thrilled that someone at the conference knew who he was and came to talk to her about him. He was actually on most of their promotional material, and was a student that she helped recruit (on the academic side). She had nothing but fantastic things to say about him- and spoke a lot about the quality of person that Calgary was getting (not just his tremendous hockey skills).
I didn't take a lot of her time, but I said that Calgary is absolutely thrilled to have him, and I said Calgary owes a huge "thank you" for developing him into the person and player that he is today.
Pretty cool story if you ask me- and an incredible opportunity to meet her and her staff!

I wouldn't want to use new gloves if I didn't have to. On the other hand he should get his Flames gloves worn in since he'll be needing them soon enough..

Boston I'd say. Has that gold for the stripping, not the white. And he wore CCM for the Fighting Saints, Bauer for Boston

It's Bob Hartley's annual summer hockey camp for kids of all ages in York, Pennsylvania. Usually Bob will have both current and former players/coaches help as instructors (eg. Monahan, Gaudreau, and Begin).

Gaudreau has a really natural charisma. Seems like an easy-going guy who just happens to have Jedi skills at hockey.
