Big game. Win this and the Flames are 2 points back of St. Louis and 7th place with 2 games in hand.

Flames win 4-3 with Iggy, Cervenka, Brodie, and Horak scoring. Irving lets in another bad goal as his record improves.

I think the Flames got their scoring out of the way for a while. 4-0 Blues

It's probably just me, but I have this feeling that tonight might be a turning point in the season. A win tonight against a team that's viewed as a contender moves you over .500, gives you 5 of 6 points on the homestand after 4 of 6 on the previous road trip. Not to mention it puts you 2 points out of a playoff spot with 2 games in hand...

Therefore, ever the optimist, I'm saying a solid 4-1 win. Iggy shows up.

Blues' goaltending has been shaky. Hope the Flames take advantage of that tonight and make Hitchcock even more mad

Irving shows his true colours as an AHLer, lets in 5 and gets the hook.
6-2 Blues final.

The Blues are one of the best rosters in the NHL and they will light up Irving like a Christmas tree. Our only chance is if their goalie craps the bed worse. I will say 7-4 Blues.

Blues have a lethal PP. Running at 35%. Shattenkirk and Pietrangelo have been great. Tarasenko is the real deal.

Flames need to continue to stay out of the sin bin

Loving all the optimism so far.. Flames coming off an impressive 7-4 victory albeit with a shaky performance from Irving. I think we'll see him rebound well and do everything possible to keep Macdonald on the bench.

Blues have an injured Halak, a poor playing Elliot and now playing their third string rookie goaltender Allen. With the flames offence clicking I see him getting lit up even more than Irving.

The Blues have lost 5 out of their last 6 games and don't seem like a playoff team without a physically healthy Halak or mentally healthy Elliot. Lets give our team a little more credit here guys.. This game is more than winnable.

Easy there fan boy. I post what I think, you don't like it than don't read it. I honestly think the Flames are going to be burnt out and are going to get beat soundly.

If you wanna start a thread and say you don't want people to post their opinions and only "FLAMES ARE THE BEST" posts are allowed I'll stay out.

I have a bad attitude towards the Flames because they've been a bad team.

(also, last game I said they'd get beat badly they actually won. It might be that I expect a bad results so I'm not disapointed)
