I'm against capital punishment in all cases. But this makes it hard.

If you find yourself lusting after a child, go get professional help to stop you from acting on your urges. The child is innocent you gross ####.

Or move out into the woods miles away from anyone.

Or go buy a bottle of sleeping pills and take them.

I have zero sympathy for Pedophiles, I don't believe that they can be cured, and I believe that they're a ticking time bomb, a bad day, or whatever away from doing real damage.

I guess that'd be a positive if there can even be anything positive in a story like this; that they've only identified two victims (which is two too many) of luring, rather than many many more.

Its things like this that should remind us that not everyone can or should be a cop.

These investigators did a difficult and brilliant job and didn't shoot these f'ers in the face.

Amazing.

it is a little icky to look at the social media profile of some of these guys (of course I am not 100% certain I am looking at the right profile - but based on the name, age and location you can narrow it down to one of a few guys).

anyways, one of these guys (with a unique name) has a few pictures of him looking at what I can only assume is a grandkid.....***shudder***

So it turns out that one of the accused, Brandon McKnight, has a fiancé who offers nanny services on a nanny website. I came across this Facebook post.

Yeah I've seen multiple threads about that on Facebook, leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I mean how far should "guilt by association with someone who's been accused of something" go?

Yeah, at what point and in what way is she responsible?

Shes probably as shocked if not more shocked than anyone else and why do these people feel its more than acceptable to tar and feather someone who likely just collateral damage?

I find it says more about the strutting peacocks than anything else.

"Look at me!!! I hate her!!! I'm a good person!!!"

Saw a list of the charges put against these guys. Most are charged with possessing child pornography but 3 or 4 of them are charged with making it...I really hope those 4 get the the max they can get. One of them is a minor though so i suppose he will get off relatively light.

On a lot of cases like this that I've watched, the wife or spouse is usually completely suprised because these perverts are chameleons.

I remember reading one horrifying case where a guy started dating this single mother of a very young girl, and he started abusing the girl right away. Basically he'd targeted her and used her mother's loneliness to get to her.

The poor mother was horrified and she felt that she'd betrayed her daughter, but she also said that this guy came across as being genuinely in love with her and when she was there he was great around her kid.

I totally agree. We should let justice take it's course. She may have had no idea about her husband being a sexual deviant. This could ruin an innocent persons life.

We have been lucky, but sadly I think that there this is more common than people think.

As a coach every year I grumble a bit when I have to do the background checks.

But I also understand that we need to do everything we can to keep these monsters away from kids.

But how many of these guys had prior records?

That is the scary part.

No kidding. I'm happy to see these predators taken down and it gives me hope to see just how many arrests have been made worldwide in 2017 for this kind of filth.

I've also noticed the NAMBLA types are coming out of the woodwork and trying to squeeze in with the LGBTQ crowd by calling themselves 'pedosexuals'. Sickening.

My kids day home was shut down this year because the husband was charged with two counts of sexual touching. My oldest boy was a regular there for 6 years and younger 4 so we were pretty shocked. The police questioned my boys and they seemed confident nothing had ever happened to them as do we as there have never been any signs of anything like this happening to them. I still cross paths with him in the community (I notice they now have their house up for sale) from time to time and it's pretty awkward even if he hasn't been convicted of anything yet.

It's very important to have parents like you involved keeping the kids safe. I have a lot of respect for coaching and chaperone volunteers with sincere motives.
