100% accurate. Maybe flip Acadia and Hillhurst but that's it.

Brentwood might be the most boring unremarkable neighborhood in the city.

Go Beltline!

Every year this is legitimately one of the weirdest and most pointless lists released. Honestly, how can one house in one neighborhood be in the top 5 and a house that is across the street, but technically in another neighborhood, isn't even on the list at all.

I find it hard to believe my Neighbourhood is 30 odd spots behind Temple.

I mean, I go outside and there are hardly any cars on fire or anything.

New Brighton locked in at 174th - behind both Pembrooke Meadows and Manchester.....I'd put the homestead up for sale, but we'd likely take a bath on it.....

I see Signal Hill is benefitting from all of the increased wolf spotting business. I mean it's basically IN the mountains.

I love the Charleswood-Brentwood-Dalhousie corridor of the city. Surprised to see the latter two at numbers two and three though.

I don't even know what neighborhood you're in, but I agree.

It's funny looking at anything below top 10 or 20. Like Marlem is somehow better than, say, Capitol Hill. Totally random.

It is much better than Dalhousie. I'm not sure how Dalhousie can make it so high on the list.
