I don't see much truth behind this rumour, mostly due to the fact that I can confirm Orange Julius does not sell bud lattes.

I am still unclear why Friedman thinks Fleury will end up in Vegas. Has it been confirmed that he has agreed to waive his NMC for the expansion draft or is it speculation?

Also, when a player agrees to waive his NMC for the expansion draft, is this done in writing? I ask this cause now that Bieksa is injured, could he now invoke his NMC because he is not eligible for a buyout?

Nothing confirmed. Nick Kypreos apparently has an inside scoop on a pre-existing deal between Pittsburgh & Vegas that will see Fleury moved there prior to the draft.

So ............. That means it is possible that Jim Rutherford is aware of the upcoming expansion draft, has been in communication with with the involved parties and has a plan in place? Wow. That's not at all what I have been reading on CP for the last year.

I think a lot of players feel that way honestly. Can't blame them either really.

A lot of overzealous fans in these markets that turn on a dime when things don't go so well and seem to be very vocal about it.
