Ohhh, you're talking about the two quick vibes for a text message. As far as I know, you can't disable that. You get one vibe for an email and two for a text message.

The setting I mentioned earlier is for controlling multiple alerts, not for changing the vibe for the alert.

So thankful they shortened the length of the newer text message tones. Thanks for reading my post on CP and fixing it Apple.

Now come out with an option to have a matte screen on the iPad.

I researched and YES! Blutooth from iPhone to iPad is now allowed as long as the iPad (1st or 2nd Gen) are updated to 4.3.

On a sour note, Blutooth internet speed from the iphone on the ipad is 1/5 as fast as the speed off the ipad on wifi... not sure about a ipad on 3g though

While I at first didn't like the longer tones, they seem worse now that they've been cut off.

Unfortunately my already mediocre battery life has gone from 14 hours down to 12 with 4.3 (under moderate usage). Lots of others reporting this, cause still unknown. Could be Exchange/Activesync, could be apps. Lets hope they release a fix soon.

Tell him to just use the wifi connection instead of bluetooth? You can choose between the two you know.
