I have a hard time beliving this is the coach's call. I imagine they would have input but also think the GM/owners have a say. Arguement could be made that at least in the first series vs Abbotsford last season that Flames wanted to guarantee two home dates.

It looks like the lower bowl is filling up and they have started opening up sections in the 200s. Right now, you can get first row of the 200s at centre ice, arguably the best seats in the building.
