I could see him becoming a good two way center, although it's more likely to be a 3rd line center. But the same was said for ROR so you never know.

I agree, I see him as a very good 3rd line center. Grittier Brandon Sutter?

Jiri Hudler (upper body) is out tonight. He is day-to-day. #CGYCOL

Hasn't MacDonald been better than Kipper for most of the a season?

Thoroughly disappointed in the Avs organization. I'll continue to be a fan, but have lost a fair amount of respect in their brand of hockey.
I hope the rebuild in Calgary goes better than it has here in Colorado.

I really don't see how the Avs rebuild has been bad. ROR, Landeskog, Duchene, Varlamov, Johnson, and MacKinnon/Drouin/Jones will set them up nicely.

They were missing some players early on... O'Reilly and Landeskog, Johnson for a time too. Somehow getting those players back didn't translate to wins however.
No idea how Sacco still has a job.

Colorado is just on the downswing. I anticipate a playoff team again in about 3 years.
Like a boom/bust economy, you just have to ride it out. We're just beginning the bust descent now.

The only logical explination for how Sacco has a job is that the Avs are bombing for Jones. There is no way that team should be nearly as bad as they are.

10-7 Avs. Sven with 3, Reinhart with 2 and Brodie with the rest. I would be happy if that happened tonight. GO AVS!!!!!! Yup i've hit rock bottom.

The young players will need guidance, lots of teaching, strong fundamentals which means playing defense.
Very interested too see how the young players are treated rest of the way.

If so, then I disagree. That article actually sounds like the demotion did Baertschi a lot of good in fact, and helped him mature and not feel sorry for himself.

#Flames coaches have plan to play young guys in natural positions and all situations for the rest of the season

This could either be the most boring or the most exciting game of the season.
