Yup, I believe that if I was living on Campus or at a university and put up a ad that basically said Whites only, I would be violating a bunch of anti-discrimination laws and housing laws. As well as probably be sued for discrimination and hate crimes.
It would probably also be at the very least a front section story in every newspaper in America. I would be rightfully called out, and pretty much squashed in the court of public opinion. Probably kicked out of the school and or have my scholarship pulled if I had one.
I'm amazed that America has survived this long without a massive explosion of racial tensions.
"Why can't we just get along?"
Its a nice thought, and a nice dream
Never ever happen.

Man, reading some of the comments, its almost like the Clan came out in support of the POC students.
Its sad yet hilarious at the same time.
The White Racists and the POC racists are completely on the same page.
I'm weeping through my laughter.
I must paint you

Would any of the lawyers care to chime in on this one?

I'm almost glad that I don't have kids and especially a daughter, because of the fear of what happens when you can't protect them from the scum in this world.
Bottom line is that if anyone ever touched one of my sisters, I would hunt them down and use a bullwhip on them and take the jail sentence with a smile.
But I'm just an angry person at times.

A 62-year-old Florida woman has been charged in the death of her newborn at the hands of her six-year-old son, after she allegedly left the children unattended in a van, police say.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office says Steele's six-year-old repeatedly slammed the newborn around the interior of the van, "pummelling" her and turning her head to "mush." Steele's three-year-old son was also in the vehicle at the time.
Sheriff Bob Gualtieri says the six-year-old described the attack to police in detail. The boy became annoyed with his sister when she started crying, so he unbuckled her from her seat and "began flipping her multiple times back and forth, dropping her on the floor, slamming her head against the ceiling, striking her in the face and causing severe, severe trauma to the baby's head and face," Gualtieri said at a press conference on Thursday.
Gualtieri said the six-year-old, who will not be charged, was co-operative in showing police how the attack occurred. "He was very demonstrative in what he did. We had him show us with a doll and it was very violent. He was slamming that doll. It was terrible."

Police say Steele drove to another business before returning home, then called a neighbour who is a nurse when she saw the baby's condition. The nurse contacted 911 but by that point it was too late, Gualtieri said. "The baby had likely been dead since they left the cellphone store."

This makes me ####ing furious. The kid beat the baby, but the ####ing mom lets it die. She deserves all the jail time she can get

Think of the life that those other kids are going to have now as a result.

Stupid question:
Shouldn't a 5 year old have some sort of idea of how life/death/pain works? Regardless of other negligence, this kid is clearly messed up right? I have a 5 year old nephew who has a baby brother and while he can be a bit innocently ignorant of how his playfulness maybe isn't well received by his little brother, I can't imagine a scenario where he doesn't understand that smashing a baby's head is ok.

yeah me too, but I can't stay away from it.
Maybe its like that car wreck with bodies under the sheet that you have to stare at it as you slowly drive by.
Or maybe it makes us all feel a little bit better about the type of people that we are, because we don't think we're capable of the acts that we are reading about, or the decisions that are made.
I don't know.

Not a stupid question. The kid is a mentalcase and something like this was probably eventually bound to happen. Parents fault obviously.
