The most frustrating thing for me was letting Marty Murray go. I loved that guy.

Button letting Krivokrasov go to Minnesota in the expansion draft was dumb too.

Anyone remember the Trevor Kidd/Rick Tabbaracci goalie controversy?
Flames would have beat San Jose if Dave King started Tabbaracci in 1995. I guess that is before the Young Guns era.

Pretty funny that Dwayne Roloson was our 3rd goalie during all of that

I liked Rick Tabaracci... don't ask me why.

Tabaracci was awesome and had sweet pads, not explanation necessary.

I used to loathe Trevor Kidd. Never once thought he was a decent goalie.

The Rick Tabaracci web page was my favourite site in the late 90's
http://tabby31.tripod.com/tabby.html

It was part of the goalie ring!

Tabaracci was a decent goalie at times. He was inconsistent, but when he was good, he was great.

It was 1999-2000, we were 11-5 in OT.

The OT scorers were:
Bure, Morris, Shantz, Albelin (with 4 seconds left), Stillman, Stillman, Housley, Wiemer, Bure, Savard, Savard.

Fuhr was 5-0 and Brathwaite was 6-5 in OT.

2 of these guys are Financial Planners, 1 is a Realtor and 1 scored 1000 points in the NHL.
Which one became a realtor?

Chicago has so many to list

9th round - Burish
8th round - Byfuglien
7th round - Brouwer
6th round - Ben Smith
5th round - Kruger

Chicago hit picks in the late rounds where Calgary hit nothing.

It does help.
Steal past the first round change a team in a hurry. Look at Boston. Traded Thornton for nothing, the next draft they drafted Kessel in the first, Lucic in the 2nd, Marchand in the 3rd. Sign Chara, find Thomas and rip the Leafs a couple times you have a cup. Also drafted Krecji in the 3rd.
