I guess you're fine with the rest of the Bill and would support the legislation if the Liberals had drafted it?

I really don't have a lot of problems with the omnibus bill, My post showed my gratitude of getting the Kyoto stuff out of the national dialogue officially.

If the Liberal's had put the same bill in place, I wouldn't have many problems with it, however my gut tells me that they wouldn't put the same bill in place.

They are acting within the existing rules and precedent. Parliament still has the power, unfortunately for some peoples favorite party don't have as many votes as they like.

Everything is/has been open for debate and the debate is available to anyone who wants to read Hansard or who wants to visit the house.

They pretty much lost my vote because of that. The 'crime' portion of it is turning out to just be one of the problems I have with it.

Lots of stuff I agree with, lots more that I don't...and most of it won't ever be talked about.
