I thought I would watch the Panthers after their huge 7-0 win over Chicago on Saturday.
Lo and behold they're down 3-0 to the Buffalo Sabres after 25 minutes of play.
Such a brutally inconsistent team. I hope they fire Tom Rowe. He's a terrible GM and head coach.

I have never seen so brutally inept a coach as Tom Rowe. Dallas Eakins and Ron Rolston are the only two who even come close.

The Red Wings will be playing two consecutive games in Carolina due to the snowstorm that affected travel in the eastern USA two weeks ago. They will be playing three games in three night as well due to the postponement. It is 2-2 after forty minutes.
The Coyotes and Blues are scoreless after twenty minutes.

Athanasiou scores another beauty OTG to win it for the Wings, but in the process he collided with Lack after the puck went in. Lack was down for awhile and the stretcher came out. Both teams mingled together as they get Lack on the stretcher. When I saw it on replay it almost looked like his knee buckled under him, but tough to say.

Yeah, it's frustrating alright but the Flames are 19-5-1 in their last 25 games so imagine how all those other teams feel.
