i have 5 years of experience drafting and designing homes across calgary and area, from inner city infills to acreage mansions. i have extensive experience applying for development permits thru the city of calgary and am very well versed with; 'infill guidelines', 'area redevelopment plans', 'national building code' and the 'land use bylaw -1P2007'.
