Double XP and Stardust week upcoming Nov 23 through 30th.
Not sure it's dragging me out in the snow though...

So, starting November 23rd at 00:00 UTC and going through November 30th 00:00 UTC, we will double the amount of XP and Stardust you receive when completing in-game actions.

So this is odd. Update seems to have rolled back some powerups. Various mons are back to previous lower levels. My candy and stardust are gone though...

I think what you are seeing is CP adjustments for many mons. This just happened in the last couple hours. Some went up a lot, some went down. Gyarados now higher CP than Vaporeon, even though Vape s went up too. Dragonite did not go up, but it's dominance now not nearly as much.
It is odd to change the game fairly significantly at this point

The only pokemon that didn't have CP numbers changed for me is my 2 Lapras.

The Victreebell I listed as my 9th best a few posts up is now only my 29th highest.

Big changes with some of mine:

Vaporeon up about 200. Aerodactyl, Klinger, Jynx, Tauros up about 300.

Arcanine went down about 50.

Yeah, I noticed that too.

All of the gyms in our town also reset. Every mon guarding them was kicked off. It's going to be scrambly the next few days while teams claim gyms again.

I've picked the game back up as I've been dog walking the last few weeks. Still hate the changes; can't track, can't play in the car at all, can barely play gyms (hope you get a few mons to stick); but the bonuses are nice.

How are people playing? Just walking around your neighbourhood? Still going to PIP? Sitting on lures?

Getting tough to play with cold hands.

With the CP adjustment, levelling up to level 26, and ease of getting Eevee candies, my Snorlax is no longer my top CP 'mon.

It appears that the replacement Pokemon tracking system is live in Calgary.

I'd love to know why they nerfed Blastoise, Raichu, and Venusaur, arguably some of the most difficult to obtain for an evolution.

New tracker is pretty slick, the range is quite far, seeing stops well beyond 200m.

The park across the street from my house became a charmander nest recently. Just bagged three in 2 mins which is unusual because they typically only spawn every hour or so in a couple spots.

Caught a Rattata at a lured Pokestop tonight that morphed into Ditto, for 143 in the Pokedex.

The one with the spiral path and roman ruins on the top in Elgin Mckenzie Towne.

50.906920, -113.967717 in google maps. They spawn at the top of the hill and on the farside where the path heads to the pond.

Fitting you got Ditto first on CP given your dedication. I got Muk and Chansey left and now Ditto too but unless I get lucky on Chansey doubt I will finish before Gen 2 gets released.

I got to try the new tracker a few weeks ago at Seattle's airport and it was really nice there with high density of Pokestops. Today when it got released at home in suburbia it sucks as I only see rats and pidgeys at pokestops that aren't even that close. Guess they could be Ditto though but tracker makes the game not worth playing here.

Edit: PIP is now abra nest, which hopefully stays until after the weekend as alakazam is now one of the top attackers..

The nearby seems messed up. Not picking up anything more than 50m from a pokestop.
