I just parked at a pokestop, caught a Pokemon, then spun the pokestop coin, and caught pokemon without stopping long enough to spin the coin again before I left. That's on a non-lured Pokestop - I haven't even been close to that on a lured pokestop before. Probably about 12-15 in a row.

This pretty much kills it for me. I would use my daily bus commute to and from work to load up on items. I could hit 40 or so pokestops each day.

Pokémon Go’s new daily bonus feature went live Monday as part of its latest version update, and Niantic threw in another bonus of its own along with it. From now until Nov. 11, players will find far more Pokémon to catch and items to collect as they’re out and about.

Played a bit over Halloween, because of the bonus event, and I played a bit yesterday. Turned the app on at Bestbuy last night and a Blastoise popped up within 5 minutes. Evolved a Vileplume as well.

Played over the last few days. Level 29 now, 82,000/350,000 XP until level 30.

Pokedex is at 133 now. Missing 9 more to complete the regional Pokedex. I'm stuck now, too close to quit. I'll probably grind out level 30 and try to get that Pokedex to 142 over the next week or two.

It's funny how different the spawns are in different regions. I've had over 20 Arcanines at this point. Right now I have 9 of them over 2000cp. Exeggcutes are also pretty common here, so lots of Exeggutors at gyms (I have 6 of them). Meanwhile Dratinis are non-existent, as are magicarps (although more common than dratinis).

I haven't played for a bit now, but my guilty pleasure is to troll the hardcore players on reddit and fb. Such a touchy bunch. I know this much:

Bulba - Wildwood community center
Charmander - Elliston park
Omenyte - Tom Campbell's Hill park (by Telus Spark), north end
Abra - Shouldice. Also if you walk from PIP towards Chinatown on the pathway, can pick them up sometimes.
Kabuto - valley view park (and NO, this isn't in valley ridge as you would expect) and scattered throughout the beltline area.
Doduo - start walkin'

I haven't played for weeks now, but am level 29 141/143 (+farfetch'd). 2900 Dragonite, 2500 Exegg, 2k Vape, 2k Gyrados, 2k arcanine. All I need are 80 bulbas and 15 more Grimer candies. Not so motivated these days.

Edit: I should also add that, while I haven't played, I've been hatching countless eggs lately. Been paying my friend's kid $1.50/km to scooter around with my phone while I'm at work.

Found the Charmanders at Elliston yesterday. Caught 12 in about an hour. Now at 59 Charmander Candy, and 34 Doduo Candy. I live near Wildwood so I should head over there for some Bulbasaur!

The hardest ones for me are going to be Porygon and Chansey. Gotta hatch a high volume of eggs!

I've got trips to Japan and Europe planned in 2017 so I may be able to grab Farfetch'd and Mr. Mime!

Yeah. I walked to 142 while visiting Calgary Thanksgiving weekend. Wind aided by using 3rd party tracker, but no actual cheating (by my definition).
Still played quite a bit for a while, painting the town red, but the new update makes it so hard to raise prestige that I pretty much play now just to get daily bonus. They ruined gym fighting, as far as I'm concerned, not by making them easier to tear down - that was a good thing - but by cutting prestige in half while raising it.

Had a dragonite show up in my sightings on my way to work this morning, but I was in a place where it would have been a huge pain to turn around and get back to where the Dragonite might have been.

Also, the Deerfoot accident already had delayed my commute (thankfully I didn't get caught in it)
