its been a really long day, and i know i'm jumping in a little late here (8 pgs late) but...SERIOUSLY....she LIKES the drama? i want to punch you in the throat for saying something that ridiculous.

i've been in the position of having someone not leave me alone. its NOT cool and i did NOT like the drama.
the worst one was where i had to get security to remove the person from my place of work.

there were parts of this thread where i thot maybe it was getting a little bit blown out of proportion, but after reading it all and seeing that the guy still hasn't stopped, action definatley needs to be taken.

let us know how the phone call to the manager goes. and i fully agree that that needed to be done.
it was actually my very first thought after the very first post.

and just as a side note, i work in the financial industry, and obviously privacy is a major issue. the very first thing we are required to teach our employees on their first day of employment is PRIVACY. if that is not a practice that wireless city indulges in, then this creeper isn't the only person that needs to be punched in the throat.

i agree that it's easy as hell to find someone via facebook etc...but when it comes down to business transactions...lines drawn.

p.s. reference to dogs/bears totally cracked me up....bloody hilarious!!!!

So the idiot texted her again last night and asked my sister to send a picture of herself to him. She replied that was inappropriate and to stop texting her. He texted her again to today and she told to stop and my mom has now notified Telus, who in turn called the dealership. The manager is supposed to be calling my mom back later on today.

Whoa, I got on here late, I probably could have helped you out.

If you're talking about the Wireless City across from MacLeod Trail I used to work there. Left last year. I don't know about any new employees but the ones I worked with were the best and the manager is VERY strict about customer service.

Obviously he knew nothing about this, I would imagine the guy will be let go.

I worked for their corporate side, but was often in the store, even helping out. Normally we were getting kudos on how we were one of the best Telus dealerships to come to. Always going the extra mile, that sort of thing.

Unless things have changed that much in a year. But it's probably just one bad guy.

Wow, this just gets worse and worse. With all due respect, I would think about calling the police to go and have a chat with this guy. If he just gets fired he still has her phone number and address etc.

Could this be the event that triggers the beginning of the end of a man's life as he knew it? Manager fires creep-o, creep-o no longer has anything to do, so he takes up stalking sistercube. CP lynches creep-o, creep-o ends up bloody and battered in the gutter and turns to alcohol. Creep-o lives out his days pushing a shopping buggy through alleys and telling all his friends at the shelter about the woman he loves that will one day love him back - one day when he can afford a new cellphone.

You know, after thinking about this a while longer... This guy sounds totally legit. Why doesn't your sister just stop being a snob and give the guy a chance. He might be totally cool. I mean, you never know. If you just blow off everyone that approaches you without giving them a fair chance, you'll live your entire life never really knowing anybody.

I'm willing to bet this guy is totally rad, and if your sister just goes into this with an open mind and gives herself a chance to get to know him, she'll see that.

Man, girls are so uptight nowadays when guys just want to say hi. Not willing to give anyone a chance and get to know them. It's sad.
