Another week without Abyss Defiant. Multiple characters with double rolls each week since Hard Mode came out. Considering how often the Omnigul strike comes up, would have been better to have than not.
Really love my abyss defiant, and I normally don't like autorifles.
The focus fire perk is great for me, because I'm terrible at controlling the normally insane recoil with full auto.
Now if I could actually finish hard mode, I could get the word, or fang and be happy.

The first time I ran the eris story line, I enjoyed it. The second time on my alt was a chore.

Wow that's terrible. I didn't even know it was possible to not drop the Abyss Defiant. I could have sworn Bungie put a super high drop rate on the Abyss and the Oversoul Edict.

Yeah I only did Nightfall once this week because I really didn't want to grind through this crap. But I'm also at the point where I'm not really desperate for any specific weapon either, so NF isn't really a big deal to me. All I'm looking for at this point is a Red Death and a Word of Crota.

Have gotten 3 Fang of Ir Yut's. No Abyss, no Oversoul and no Word of Crota.
Only missing Song of Ir Yut and Swordbreaker from Normal Mode.
The new end game for Destiny? Gathering motes of light and rolling Iron Banner Weapons. Ridiculously addicting. It'll be silly if Bungie starts implementing it in other ways like using commendations for it. The grind continues...
Ugh. Valus, no burn.
This is going to be painful.
At least the shielded psion won't be able to one-shot kill me during the valus fight.
