He was unbelievably focused and energetic when he was with Granlund, which worries me because I'm starting to think he's one of those players who's motivated only by those around them.
I thought MyFlamesFirst was trying to do the Ferland on Baertschi there

Gave away a goal in the last minute and had a breakdown in their play. Not pointing out anyone, but they need to learn from that mistake and move forward.
Loss of Ortio gives Thiessen opportunity. He used to be an AHL all star and players were comfortable playing in front of him. He needs to give them a chance to win every night and Carr will get some opportunities to play as well.
Hathaway works hard and consistent. He took it to another level last night and showed teammates how much he's willing to do for the team and make them win. Has to rub off on teammates right way. Has improved and made a name for himself with the club this year.
Wants players to be focused on 2 way play. Needs to be able to count on them to get a goal as well as save a goal. Needs to be everyone's objective to be better at both ends of the ice. Something they have to do to get an opportunity with the NHL team.
Felt that the PK was excellent last night. Players were buzzing and skating and working well as a unit. Needs same from the group tonight. Wants to see less PK's in general though.
Players need to be stronger on their sticks and create more opportunities to win against the Barons tonight.
