I was looking to see if the final designs were out and found this from near the time of the last post in this thread. Has the basic shape and some interesting details, but no final renderings yet:
Planning commission meeting on July 18 to process the road closures. Event centre committee meeting on July 22. Unclear what's happening there, but they never hold a meeting without a clear purpose and if they're aiming to start construction in August or thereabouts, we should be seeing plans imminently.
