Lots of Flaming Lips .. I saw them in concert about a week ago and they were amazing. I hadn't really heard much of their stuff before the concert, but I'm listening to more of it now.

Any jazz lovers? Heard this on CBC2 a few times and picked it up today.
Pat Metheny/Brad Mehldau
http://allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=amg...0:bzk9kebtgq7q
The collaboration between Pat Metheny and Brad Mehldau is something that must have been written in the stars. Fans of both men have wondered if it would ever take place, and the end result on the Nonesuch release of Metheny Mehldau is the confirmation that it was destined. Hyperbole? Put it on and listen before you offer that remark seriously.

Actually, I have A pair of Phillips active noise reduction headphones. They definitely cut some of the ambient sound out. Better would be some isolation canalphones, but much of the time I need to be available to answer questions (or hear the phone ringing), so those aren't practical.
And everything I've read says Bose, while pretty good products, grossly overcharge and you should be able to find better products for the same price.

Currently I am listening to some Buck Cherry and a little Johnny Cash, which is odd, because I have never really been a fan of Cash. But ever since MMF posted the video for "Gods Gonna Cut you Down" video, I have been listening to a lot of him.
