I have both, but love my Yeti. Something about the Magslider for me.

So what are you? A Stanley Stan or a Yeti Betty?

I prefer my Yeti in the form of over-priced bicycles, thanks.

I don't often use travel mugs, as I'm adbsent minded and will leave it in random places thus losing it. I'll forget it at work/in the car and then it'll go days before being washed.
A Tim Hortons paper cup, I can throw in a microwave if need be, and I don't have to worry about leaving it where ever I just happened to put it down.

I like the Yeti 2 piece lids for cleaning. But honestly speaking, you can buy knock offs of those on Aliexpress and put them on other cups and mugs.
Stanley stuff always seems ultra beefy and oversized. Great sizes for soups and stews.
Then there's S'well. Slippery AF when you clean it and I've burnt my mouth too many times due to how insanely damn long it can keep water hot. S'well brand is easily the most obnoxious of all of these premium water bottle brands because these water bottles can sound like a zen gong like sound if you tap them. Most other bottles have a bit of a flat and shorter tone when tapped.

I got my Stanley in 2018. I want to say this was before Stanleys were cool because it seemed like an obscure brand back then in the water bottle world. For me, though, it was the only stainless steel double-walled bottle that had single-handed drinking (push button to open spout, release to close) and the lid came apart for easy cleaning.
In 2021, the lid cracked when I dropped it. It still worked, but the crack caused it to leak slightly. I contacted support and they replaced the entire lid mechanism for free.
I still use it to this day. Keeps hot coffee hot for at least 6 hours, then warm for 8+ hours. Ice water will still have ice the next day.
My only complaint is the lid is plastic. For hot drinks, that's where most of the heat escapes from. It'd be great if there was a bottle that had a (mostly) double-walled lid too, but still supported single-handed use.

I love my Coleman for cold drinks. For hot drinks I had a great ceramic mug with a wooden handle from Amazon that seems to no longer be available. I had a few of them and I dropped them all at which time they really shattered! I want to find something else like it.
The reason I liked it so much is that it looked good but it didn’t work worth a crap. I could pour a hot coffee in there and it wouldn’t keep it warm for any length of time at all. I could drink my whole coffee during my 25 minute commute. With a Yeti or my Coleman it would be lunchtime before I could start sipping it. I miss that mug!

No love for Zojirushi? Japanese quality!
I love the slim size and the vacuum sealed top. Very secure. I can trust it to be upside down in a backpack, no problem.
Some people may not like the pop top though.
I have a few Yeti's but I never use them as I prefer the Zoji!

I have a Zojirushi for food:
Never thought about the water bottle! Will have to check, some bottles I've had the opening wasn't big enough to use on the ice dispenser.

Is that the same company that makes the singing rice cooker? The logo looks familiar.

I'm all about this guy:
Reason is it fits in the pocket of the door in my car perfectly. I have cup holders, but I don't like to use them because it takes away from the sleek and clean look of the interior. Looks better with the little door closed over them. This blue matches my ambient lighting. It's a bit extreme of a reason to have this bottle, but fk it, you only live once so best to not have distracting ugly bottles poking up beside you in the middle of your dash everywhere you go.

It's amazing just how susceptible people are to marketing like this. Kinda gross.
