Gotta love the political corruption across the board !! I wonder given the financial hardships of the city, taxpayers and others, that we might get a better deal out of it than before? I am kidding of course but if anybody thinks that significant dollars for bribes was not part of this deal than your kidding yourself. There is no way that negotiations are going to be benefited to the taxpayer.
Bottom line is that the city had a little more leverage and I doubt they used it to OUR advantage.
