This issue goes back a couple years. Former Jays have ripped them publicly over their training staff.

Steve Pearce sucks so hard. What a terrible signing. I can't believe some people On here actually would argue that signing a 34 year old career backup and career .250 hitter was a great move and way better than going after Dexter Fowler.

And to think the Jays cancelled a meeting with Edwin's agent the first day of winter meetings to work out a deal with Pearce.

They offered Fowler $64 million - he chose St. Louis...
