I'm on my 5th day of 24 hour+ IF (as long as I can go). I am feeling fantastic in the mornings!
I ate yesterday at 1PM. Probably will hold off until 4PM today for a social eating.
The plan to exterminate all breakfasts is going well.

I do my workouts first thing in the morning, and between being fat adapted and being fasted for them, both really do wonders for my energy levels.

I've actually found that if I do my workouts in hour 14-16 of IF, I usually have more energy.
Recovery can be a bit of an issue though if I don't eat a good meal after.

Two pieces of Mountain Grain toast and raspberry jam, along with 2 coffees
Enjoyed it in the back deck with the cat and a light breeze

I hear that. My workouts usually hit around hour 13-14 or so, and it works really well for my energy levels. Lunch doesn't necessarily need to be big, I can get away with a 500 calorie lunch, usually four eggs and some bacon.

I scramble two eggs for myself every morning. Some days I live life on the edge and I have three! Yeah, I'm a bad guy.
Seriously though, I have two eggs, scrambled in the pan every day or maybe three if I feel like the eggs look small. If I plan ahead I'll make a small container of onions, chives tomatoes and mushrooms to cook with my eggs.
On occasion I'll have a small bowl of steel cut oats to go with it... or I'll be less healthy and have a bowl of Raisin Bran.
forgot to add my coffee with international delight.

I have decided that only the healthy people on CP post in this thread.
Not a single person has a bowl of Frosted Flakes for breakfast every morning?

I had Mini Wheats recently, not quite as bad as Frosted Flakes but still not great. Does that count?
I did finally convince my wife to stop buying things like Corn Pops for my kid.

What about the people you see lined up every day at Tim's and McDonald's for their gut bombs? Last I checked they aren't serving kale and oats.

No food since 12:30 PM yesterday. Just ate my first meal in 24 hours as per usual so if the first meal was considered breakfast I went to all the +15 buffet places (Marcellos, Ollys, Mercantinos, etc.) and settled on a box with:
stir fried udon with veggies
Montreal roast chicken
chicken biryani
a few French fries
one breakfast sausage
cheese omelet
half a hash brown
roasted vegetables
kale caesar salad
Sounds like a lot but it was just samples of everything in one $13 box lol. I guess I covered all my meal variety in one go.
