I prefer Last.fm to pandora. Check it out also.
In my car on the way to work i listened to Snow Patrol's new Album - Eyes Open. My favourite tracks being Set The Fire To The Third Bar and Open Your Eyes. Have a listen if you like that kind of music, great stuff.

I've been looking forward to that new Tom Waits one for awhile. In the meantime, I keep listening to Alice over and over.

The Floating World - Simple Minds
I Wish I Cared - A-Ha
Holding On - Ferry Corsten
Mexican Radio - Wall of Voodoo
Cry - Godley and Creme
Nights in White Satin - The Moody Blues
Secret Oktober - Duran Duran

actually noise suppression systems arent called "white noise" any longer...thats the label for things like mechanical diffusers etc...when a noise suppression system is installed its "usually" called ....Pink Noise!! LOL
White noise has also been used in electronic music, where it is used either directly or as an input for a filter to create other types of noise signal. It is used extensively in audio synthesis, typically to recreate percussive instruments such as cymbals which have high noise content in their frequency domain.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pink_noise
this is nothing like Red or Brown noise either..
For the guitar tone, see Brown sound. For the defecation-inducing sound, see Brown note.
In science, Brownian noise (or Brown noise or red noise) is the kind of signal noise produced by Brownian motion. It is named not for a color, but in honor of Robert Brown, the discoverer of Brownian motion.
