Duke Nukem Forever gets a release date

The special edition is only going to be $100. I say only because usually these are $130-150 (Halo's, Killzone 3).

I think the bust is only going to be as tall as a game-case though, so it won't be anywhere near the same size as the Halo/Killzone helmets.

Not trying to mock you as I am genuinely curious: What do you do with these things? Are they actually works of art that you would display on your coffee table or is it something to decorate your kids room? Does it attain worth like a collectible hockey card?

The Halo Helmet is cool and all but I wouldn't have it on a coffee table. I would say it is more of a "in the gameroom" kind of decoration. The Killzone Helmet looks cool but I am not getting the game so I can't say for that. The statue that came with Reach is a lot better than the helmet in my opinion, it was done by McFarlane so the detail is pretty good. That I'd maybe put around the house but the Helmet would definitely be "game room" only.

The Duke Nukem bust would be pretty funny though to have in the front of your house so when you have guests they can see it and you can claim it was an ancestor or something.

Edit: I don't have nearly as many of the comic book paraphernalia as others do, but I plan on putting all of this kind of stuff in my game room as I think that is the only real place for it.

The release date was changed from May 3 (May 6 for outside the U.S.) to June 14 for the States and June 10 (for the international release).
