Some day I want to see a slap shot go into a helmet laying on the ice.

Agree. They’re bad. Really bad.

Am I crazy, or does the playoff schedule not normally see the start of the second round until all of the first round matchups are finished?

The panel is not a big deal in the first round when you can switch over to the other game. Now you might as well clean up around the house, go to the bathroom, or grab snacks and drinks.
PK and Messier are ESPN

Shaq and Lundqvist are TNT.

Man, Fox was down deep for a long time on that shift. Was watching him expecting him to retreat back to the blueline but he never did and then the whistle blew.

People wanted the playoffs to end as quickly as possible, so this is one way to achieve that.

I'm happy to see it; I went to check the Dallas Vegas start time and saw this game underway and was just kind of shocked.

Are those really the only three options?

So the Rangers have 5 wins before the Vegas/Dallas series has even ended.

I can’t tell if you’re answering that this is new this year or not.

That seems to be new. The NBA does it, but then they can have crazy long breaks in between games sometimes.

The Sportsnet announcers for this series are Harnarayan Singh, Louie DeBrusk, and Shawn McKenzie.

If you're not surrounded by Blue Paint, you're a Player.

Haha. I couldn't tell if Shesterkin was heading to the bench or making a beeline for Svechnikov.
