Then they thought the cure was having both brothers - Regehr, Hamilton and Ritchie.

Pick Tij. I do not give a damn about his position. Pick him.

Don't forget Nick, Ritchie, Brett Richie and and Rittich. Didn't we have another rich in there somewhere.

Both are better than none. Tij plays center/LW. Joe is RW just like his dad. I can imagine 2 power forwards giving the oppositions some headaches in the end boards. Is a Regehr offspring in the works?

We need some new-gen legacy lines that would #### with a Flames fan coming out of a decade-long coma.
Do Tanguay or Langkow have any mini me's on the way up?

There's an interview from the last couple months with Conroy where he talks about the Flames liking Adam Lowry in 2011, but going with Wortherspoon instead because they were concerned about the shoes Adam would have to fill because of his dad Dave. He mentions he wouldn't make that mistake, and he'd just fire Jarome if he had too...with a chuckle of course.
...but yeah it's fun to debate, but I don't think we're going to stub our own toe and pass on Tiggy if he's BPA and still on the board.

Langkow's son Colton plays for the Vancouver Giants, but he's not NHL material. He's 20, never been drafted, and just put up 6 points in 25 games this season.
Tanguay's son Sam is 14.

Wasn't enough but Tij with the hattrick last night in his first playoff game.

Salivating watching the Tij highlights from last night. I still think there's a chance someone will pick him before we get up. Rumors abound that Montreal wants him for example.
Nhl gms love nhl bloodlines and big game performers.

Imagine the lines that could be put together...
Tiggy - Zary - Jiggy
Oi - Oi - Oi
(yes, having Celi in the middle wouldn't be bad either)

Worth mentioning that Noah Kosick, the kid the Hitmen selected one spot ahead of Joe Iginla in the first round of last year's WHL Bantam draft, has officially committed to Michigan. Will likely never play a game for the Hitmen.

And he goes to Vancouver, Edmonton, Toronto or another hated team. Unlikely, I know.
