They didn't pay for the subscription service required for the indicator lamps to function.
I've owned two, I paid the indicator lamp subscription fee.

Hot water tank's brass fitting decided to have a small, pin side leak on Christmas Day. I have been making plans to replace it in early January as it's just time and a precautionary measure. Almost daily checks and with the cold weather, even more so.
Saw a small leak, plugged the hole with plans to get it replaced this week. Woke up and the tank was leaking ever so slightly so it's done.
A mountain of laundry I was looking at tackling today and some other family/friendly related events. "Work it hard until the end of the year" was the plan, it had other plans! No plumbing wholesalers are open until Wed. Ahh well, bigger issues in life.

That should heal in about 3-4 weeks. Half a lifetime ago it would've take 3-4 hours.
