I still haven't seen Tenet, but from what I understand it's almost too Nolan-y and starts to feel like a parody of Christopher Nolan? Love the rest of his movies though. Should really sit down and give Tenet a watch one of these days.

That seems like an accurate description. Either that or peak Nolan.
The plot is completely nonsensical, way more than Interstellar or TDK, and you could fly spaceships thru the plot holes in those movies. The speaking parts were almost inaudible. It felt like it was confusing for the sake of being confusing, as if that was the selling point.
It felt like an excuse to have a bunch of cool scenes linked together with only a thinly veiled attempt at a coherent story.
Like all other Nolan movies, I will wait for Oppenheimer to hit streaming/Blu-Ray so I can watch it with subtitles. It's impossible to enjoy his movies without them

My succinct summary of Tenet is "punishingly impenetrable".

I've tried to watch Tenet so many times on streaming services, but I have never gotten through it. The movie is so focused on the mechanic of moving backwards through time, but they way they actually use the mechanic makes no sense to me. I find that so distracting.
I dont know, I'm not a horror guy, but Evil Dead isnt really horror either, its campy lunacy.
This looks like he's trying to make a serious horror film, and theres no Bruce Campbell so 1/10 would not boomstick.
It might be good as a horror film, who knows, but its only 'Evil Dead' in loose association only. They're trying to associate themselves with some pre-established credibility to bring people in.
Its like...'The World Cup of Hockey (2016)' of Evil Dead.

Yeah, I have to agree. Evil Dead without the one liners is just not that appealing.
I really liked he Ash vs. the Evil Dead Tv series.
