Depay turning into to a bit of a super sub.

Fer and Depay did more in 20 minutes than Sneijder and Lens did the previous 70

Van Gaal is complaining because they wanted the option to throw the game to avoid Brazil. And I'm only half joking here. It's just a really stupid complaint.

More importantly, it's Monday in Brazil, of course Brazil is going to have the best possible TV spot.

Round of 16 won't be easy. A lot of good football being played by all 32 teams, but I'm excited by what the Flying Dutchmen have shown so far and the depth.

Well it is, and it isn't. Sure they wanted the option but by some strange decision making process that was taken away from them.

So, he has two options. Bend over and say nothing or make a song and dance about it and the referees. Why not highlight it and call FIFA on it? He would be more stupid imo to say nothing.

What's the justification that Holland should get the later games? Because one group is called A and the other B? Someone has to play first. Seems a no brainer to put the home team on in prime time.

It's not a strange decision making process at all. Brazil is paying for this party, it's only fair that they get the times they want. It's the same for every host in every tournament in every sport.

Besides, these times were set before the tournament even began, and nobody knew how the standings were going to be when the decision was made. (Although it was of course foreseeable to some extent.)

Brazil score and Cameroon is a red card waiting to happen. Not a good combination although Cameroon have had a couple chances when ive looked up from the Mexico Croatia match

The ref let that push on Neynar go unpunished, going to see some stupid plays in this game.

Starting to think the only reason you dont want Brazil is you will never get a call from the refs.

Oh and Neymar.

Has any player ever been straight red carded for diving, or embellishing to make it sound more sportsmanlike? Robben is getting dangerously close to that happening to him!
