Don't worry. We are all going to be pumped real soon discussing things like the trade deadline deals and whether we should take Jones or McKinnon

4-1 Kings, role reversal with Brown mopping up the ice with Giordano instead of the other way around.

The Flames are going to lose this one by one goal; they'll come out and play well, but he Kings are the type of team the Flames cannot handle right now.

The Kings have all sorts of trouble, but I fear they'll do well against us.
4-2 Kings.

Kings beat the Oilers, but the Flames will beat the Kings.. proving yet again that the Flames are better than the Oilers.

Against a team as small and soft as Calgary, I fear the Kings will have a break-out game. 5-1 LA.

Probably have some new excuse after tonight though....
And exactly what excuse have the players and coaches been giving you after each loss? I don't realyl get your second comment here. Is that directed at the team or the fans?
I don't see players whining and bitching about the calls, or the ice or the back to back games or whatever. So if that's a shot at the organization, I think it's unfair. If it's a shot at the fans, I can kinda see your point, but I don't think it's a majority, well at least not on this board, at least from what I can tell.

The fans, after each loss there is a different reason.

a team that played the night before, went to extra time, and has struggled in general?
this is the kind of game the flames typically win and convince themselves and their fans they aren't truly a crappy team.
i'm cheering for a 5 game win streak, or a 5 game lose streak. don't trust management intelligence to make tough decisions while the team is mediocre.
Streak flames Streak!

Going to my first game, and most likely only game this season tonight. Haven't seen the Flames lose live since before the heritage classic, so hoping my luck continues and I get to see another Flames win! Expecting the Flames to respond to Hartley's comments tonight, I don't expect it to last, but at least tonight we will see a good, hard working Flames team.

The Kings come in here and show the Flames why they are the Stanley Cup Champs. 5-1 Kings, with Iggy scoring the lone goal for Calgary.
