Why does every team in the league have clean mesh in their nets and Vancouver's are always dirty?

That's not dirt. That's barb wire. Keeps the fans from rioting on the ice.

These teams don’t like shooting or something

Canucks with about 20 shot attempts in the last five minutes and the shot clock hasn’t moved. Peds not letting anything get thru to the net.

I thought it was kinda sad in the first game when the Vancouver fans were screaming "Ref you suck" at the slightest provocation, but hey, it's the first playoff game in 9 years, people are passionate.

But it's getting tiresome... Any perceived slight or failure in the crowds eyes and the entire arena is crying murder. Van fans are soft. Cannot convince me otherwise.

Wow, that's a helluva missed opportunity at the end of the first by Petterson.

Ron has to mention the oilers in the intermission in some rambling association between blocking and coaching styles and Craig Simpson. STFU and retire Ron. Do the oilers pay him for each name drop?

The Canucks have turned into a pumpkin. 5 shots halfway through the game? Way to give your fans something to cheer about.

DeSmith gives up far too many rebounds against a team like the Perds.

Entire team looks shell shocked. C'est dommage.

Between the team looking listless and my time on the high seas being quite choppy I may be switching to radio for the rest of this one
