The show is premiering in April but they usually still keep on filming as the show is happening. The problem is the same they faced last year. Warm weather and no snow meaning they have to truck in a ton of snow from the mountains and film before it melts. Last year they were competing with The Revenant.

Great article from The Observer of the reporter visiting Calgary and the Fargo set, including the Film Centre and the Mansion near Indus.

No. Fargo has always aired in Canada the same time as the States.
For the first season, they ran it on FXX, which wasn't widely available in Canada at the time, but it still aired the same night.

CNN is fake news clearly, because that was an awesome first episode.

Did everyone else's recording get screwed up? I assume FX Canada screwed up the broadcast. Mine recorded for 1:30, but at 1:15 (just after the cop finds the books in the floor), they showed a preview for next week and the episode began again.
If that happened to you, be aware that you missed the final 15 minutes of the episode.
The whole episode is available on the FX Canada website and doesn't require a login to watch.

It was a good episode, I don't know if quite as gripping as the first episodes of the other seasons, but still good. Not a fan of Ewan's Minnesota accent though. It seems a bit off when he is playing Emmitt.

Was super distracted when I saw the glowing RBC logo on the side of Bow Valley Square as Emmit Stussy entered 502 2nd St. SW. They didn't hide it very well even though they airbrushed a CIBC lettering off a building in Season 1. The last air-conditioner scene was also in Inglewood which was cool to see.

I just watched all of S2 this past weekend. Love this show, but wasn't too clear on the spaceship.

Ewan was eating at Mercato last Sunday. So filming must still be occurring.
And he was instagramming pics of him driving on Elbow drive. Lol

Yeah, looks like they go down 58th, probably to the wardrobe department that's just off there. I walk by the place on my way to / from work. There is a Wynonna Earp sign up there now, so I thought they were finished working with Fargo, I guess I will pay a bit more attention now.

It was cool seeing Swans in that episode, had more than a few beers there. And they didn't even bother changing the name
