Pretty much his ceiling is Wayne Gretzky and his floor is Sidney Crosby.

Don't be antagonizing.

Cagguila is a pretty fair comparable. They are the same age.

Union College free agent RW Spencer Foo expected to make decision by end of day. #RedWings among teams on his list.

OFF TOPIC:
why do you refuse to answer when people continually ask you about your signature and why you still have it up there?

it's hilarious - I hope you never change it, but I am curious why you haven't yet. You can't possibly believe that any of those 3 guys have outperformed Monahan, can you???

I'd agree they are similar (from a stats and college scenario), though Foo appears to be a few inches taller.

It would appear (to me) based on the most recent information that it's a two horse race. I believe it's down to the Calgary Flames or the Detroit Red Wings.

For what it's worth, I think that Burke might be a guy that shines when it comes to recruiting. I know he appears to be a curmudgeon but by all accounts he can be pretty charming in person.

Foo also had ~20% more points than Caggiula in his last season of college. If that translates to 20% more points in his first NHL season.... it still won't be very many.

Why Detroit of all places?

They must be the guaranteed roster spot.

Just hurry up and decide already. It's not like it's the most important decision of your life or anything.

Detroit is an exceptionally professional and well run organization.

It would be near the top of my list were I an emerging young hockey talent with a choice of where to play.

That comes with endless Crazy Bread (I assume). That could be the clincher.

Meh, I suppose. I mean they're both 23 year old undrafted NCAA free agent forwards. Can't say I've ever seen Foo play so I can't comment on his style. Given that he's a bit bigger then Cagguila and a RHS I wonder if Bozak wouldn't be a better comp?

If that's the case, Brad better be on the phone to his dad.
