I'm disappointed in the failure, but I am comforted by the fact that the video was extremely satisfying to watch.

Crazy it looks like someone set off the second stage while it was on top of the first.(just a visual observation not based on any knowledge)

Yes. And in this case it's more chemistry than anything I'd think, but they're all connected. What I mean is that these particular limitations might be easier to overcome than moving at speeds that make interstellar travel feasible given human lifespans.

So what you're saying is we need to use the time machine Andrew Basiago and Barrack Obama have used to bring a craft back 19,000 or so years and we'd start to get some real time data in short order....

The 3 big sciences are all connected, but physics is the common root for chemistry and biology. The latter two can't exist without basic physics at the molecular level.
