Swanson is not and never has been the "long reliever" this season. It's extremely rare for him to go more than 1 inning.

Not sure what the plan is here but any manager should have had a contingency plan considering Gausman’s track record against the Twins.

...........and just as he was looking much better.
Schneider has made a lot of really weird moves this season, yanking Gausman today is right near the top. I still can't believe it. 73 pitches, just struck out the side. Absolutely bizzare.
