Wow. 5-2! I'm impressed by how Floeida has played this game.

Ugh....I just don't want to see Tkachuk succeed. Hoping for a Bs series win here. Florida looking good this game though.

Boston could be in trouble if they can't get Bergeron back for the series...

Tkachuk looks good. Bennett is alright.

TBF, for the longest time the Gatorade line kept Tkachuk off the top line. Bennett wasn’t in top six because they wanted him to be a centre and they had Lindholm and Backlund. Then trying to pair him with another supposedly high skilled first rounder in Jankowski and a goal scoring winger in Neal (puke) made sense on paper.

I do think that Bennett had a bit of a change in attitude when he was traded. New lease on life.

Bennett's problem is that he has to play a certain way to be effective and it's hard to stay healthy playing that style

Bennett was starting to see progress towards his potential under Sutter, but never had the time to realize it before he was traded, and I think that trade is part of what ended up landing Tkachuk in Florida too.

Lance Bouma can attest to that, and he was even less talented than Sam.

That elbow deserves a review by the league.

Bennett isn't the type of player who's going to drag a pair of stone handed wingers to greatness. He's not a playmaker, and that's painfully obvious. He's a crash and bang player that needs to be paired with a playmaker.

The Gatorade line was kept together way beyond the point of was effective.

That was an enjoyable playoffs game. It had a little bit of everything.

I was really just watching this series because I like Bennett and I wanted to see more of Boston play, but the Panthers are winning me over and the hockey in this game was just what you'd hope for in the playoffs.

Should but doubt it since it's Boston.

I don’t disagree but that was because they kept hoping for Monahan to heal, not because Tkachuk was being held back.
