Bruce sounded intriguing when he got drafted. It seemed like he had a lot of room to grow and would be under a good coach. I sure hope that his being drafted in the 7th means that management is saving project players with size for the 7th round instead of the 3rd (kanzig) and 2nd (smith)
Also, more on topic, it looks like Dube had a pp goal last night in a win, 2nd game appears to be tonight

Eetu has 2 goals and an assist through 2 as Everett leads Seattle 4-3.
Dube had the 3rd assist on Kelowna's only goal but Kelowna is down 3-1 to Portland near the end of the 2nd.

Six goals in nine games for Eetu. Impressive!

I watched the Thunderbirds/Silvertips came last night. I am a Seattle fan, so watching Eetu play well had mixed emotions. He was very impressive. He skates much better than i thought he would. Very active on forecheck and chasing pucks.
One of his two goals was battling for a rebound and punching it in. Impressive quickness from forehand to backhand while being contested. The second was a weak goal goal...maybe 25 feet through the 5 hole. Hey, he put it on net, but it was a freebie.

So essentially, Parsons is going to have to be one of the best players on the ice for London to move on it seems.

Everett gets swept by Seattle.
Tuulola's season is over. Would expect him to go to the Heat on an ATO, but sometimes visas for euros in the USA take a week or two.

Wouldn't he be able to continue to using his current visa? Not like he'd be changing countries and I assume an ATO probably isn't considered any more "work" than CHL.

Would depend on what type of visa he used to play in the WHL, if it is the same type of visa that AHL/ECHL players typically use, then yes he can probably continue. If he used a student visa or another type of work permit, then he would have to get the right one.

Tuulola was injured in the playoffs, so he's probably not going to Stockton.

Commentator just mentioned that Parsons has now made 50 straight saves. Just made an amazing save. I really think this guy could be a star. As for Londons odds this game they giving up left and right this game. Still 0-0 half way through the first but London has given up probably 10 grade A chances and I'm not exaggerating.
