Red Sunglasses? Do it. hat? Yep. Hair dye? Face Paint? Yes. All RED though. I might find a red tie in my closet just to increase the layers of red.

Well I decided to start my ode to the color red today by wearing red to work....I hope they don't frown upon the color red, or they are in for quite the surprise for the next few weeks.

But not if it is from an Oiler fan who lipped you off, because that would be wrong.

What's the etiquette on a red personalized jersey with a player name and number who's no longer on the team? Wear or don't wear?

I could just throw on my red Flames t-shirt, you know, one of those ones that has the player name and # on the back. But its not the same as wearin a jersey. What do I wear? The jersey with the autograph, or the t-shirt?
|
Tsk Tsk. You should ask yourself "What would Dion want me to do?"
If when you asked for that autograph, you had said to him "I'll never wear this jersey because you have signed it", what do you think he would have said?
I think he would have told you to man up a little.
Wear the jersey.

Wear it, and call it "classic".

And a note to the ladies out there with a pink Flames jersey... in the playoffs the Dome is known as the C of Red... not the C of Red with smatterings of pink!

I have a $300 authentic white Iginla jersey and a $5 Value Village plain red T-shirt that's riddled with holes and stains, which one should I wear?

$5 t shirts are THE in thing.
Also acceptable are those $60 pre-ripped t shirts from Abercrombie, although $55 is a lot to pay for rips.

Couldn't agree more....pink should never be a part of a Flames jersey....hmmm may have to make a special trip to Chinook so I can do the All-Red playoffs edition....

i think that is player dependant:
players you can wear:
- oliwa
- noodles
- conroy #22
- villi
- gelinas
players you cant:
- simon
- commodore
- leopold
- mccarty
- hamrlik

Based on recent events, I'd put Oliwa in the "dont wear" category

Ya I hear ya. Only thing is, I didnt get him to sign it, but rather my uncle won it at an auction and gave it to me as a Christmas present. On top of that, its too big for me anyways. I'm thinkin I'm gonna go with the shirt. Either that or borrow one of my buddy's jerseys.

Oh, here we go again. And if you're going to the dome, make sure you're going the speed limit, even if you're in the left lane.
*groan*. You can wear whatever you like. White Flames jersey, pink jersey. It doesn't matter. As long as you're there to support the team. In fact, if you wear the opposition's jersey, that is okay too.
Just because you wear red, doesn't mean you're a bigger fan. Yes, it would be nice to have everyone wear red, but I would rather have the crowd loud, than red.
I don't own a road jersey, but if I did, I would wear it to a playoff game just to piss off all the "red nazis"
