NES
Sega Genesis/Sega CD
Dreamcast
PS1

Game Cube
Xbox 360

You shut your dirty mouth. This is still the best fighting game controller that has ever been bundled by default with any console

I don't think the 6 button controller was a standard for quite some time. Most people probably have the original 3 button controller.

If I had a copy of Herzog Zwei or ToeJam & Earl I'd be playing all day.

Unless I was playing a game that needed the six-button controller, I used the classic three-button controller. I friggin' loved the three-button controller. It felt so beefy and durable. You could crack walnuts with that thing.

Still haven't jumped on the current generation. My naming lineage outside of the PC master race
NES
Gameboy
SNES
Playstation
Turbographx 16 (Inherited and broke after almost zero use)
N64
Dreamcast
PS2
NDS
Gamecube
PS3
Xbox 360 (RRODed and sold after one game)
Wii
PS4 at some point, just not yet
I loved my Dreamcast and really wished the system was much more widely adopted and supported. Still fire it up every once in awhile to play Ikaruga. Way ahead of it's time. Favorite systems were NES, SNES, DC and PS2.

I wish it had become the basis for the next-gen controller designs instead of the SNES controller. Any game that puts any kind of important function on the left bumper is just evil, there should be just the two triggers with 6 face buttons instead of 4

Can we make a separate console history thread? This is extremely off topic.
