there wouldn't have been an advantage if Rojo hadn't stopped because of the whistle. So that one was fine, I think.
the first one was obviously a bad call.

Sure, you're probably right, but he just has to wait 1 second to see if an advantage occurs. Same thing of off the Mata challenge. Doesn't need to be so hasty with the whistle

extremely happy for Lingard. United fan for life, has been there for 15 years, tons of injuries, "too small", has been written off many times. Finally breaks into 1st team at 23 and scores the winner in the FA Cup final. Cool stuff.
