That was a hell of a match, hell of a group, lots of drama, lots of action.

That was great.

Would have been a sure goal if Reus didn't fumble that.

Yeah, that was wild.

This was just two prizefighters tossing haymakers all night. It was sloppy and disorganized and just a ton of fun for a neutral.

I think the surprise of the night though is City managing to fend off the Juggernaut of Red Star.

Liverpool winning europa league would be a huge help
I dont know whats going to happen tomorrow, my understanding is that nobody can catch us, we've already won our group so I expect to see lots of Academy players.

That may or may not help the Coefficient.

It would just be that game witch is 2, 1 or 0

Divide that by 7 and it shouldnt be the difference

Arsenal vs Porto in Champions League round of 16.
City drew Copenhagen.

A few other good matchups in the draw. RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid should be a good one.
Napoli vs Barcelona too; I can see Napoli winning that.

Messi coming to Vancouver May 25th (hopefully). Whitecaps 2024 schedule was announced today.

We should place bets on whether he'll actually play.

He's been whining about Artificial Turf a lot lately.

Well I bought season tickets today so he better.

I'm actually surprised. He's played enough US and pre-season tournaments to know about artificial turf, but now all of a sudden since he's playing in MLS its a problem?

Give me a break.

My guess is 20% chance on Vancouver and basically 0% in Toronto on the last game of the year in October, unless that means something for Miami.

Before Vancouver, Miami plays May 11, 15, 18 (at home), then Vancouver on 25, then Atlanta on 29th and another game on June 1. My guess is he's not going to fly the furthest city away for a 4th game in 2 weeks, with a game 4 days after back in Miami and then 3 days later again.

Miami doesn't play in Denver or Seattle either.

I think the Messi in Toronto game is also during an international window so no way he plays in Toronto

Montreal is probably the best odds for a Canadian city to see him

Personally, I'd save your money. It'll never be worth it.

It's baaaaack. And this time the proposal is actually much more palatable.

Of course it is back it makes way too much sense financially for the top clubs and we all have seen that is the only thing that matters today.

So that proposal would replace Champions League, Europa and Europa Conference, essentially?

it's basically "we'll make our own Champions League, with blackjack and hookers"

PL has already flat out rejected the idea, as have clubs like PSG and Roma.
