No-goods play the awful kings and a canucks team with their third-string goalie. Stars have to beat the knights and the Avs. Both of these teams alone would have beat the oilers.
Hoping the Stars wipe out the oilers quickly to shut up all the usual bandwagon Oilers fans coming out of the woodwork during the playoffs. The amount of disgusting orange and blue hats I've seen in Calgary since the playoffs started...
I guess I don't blame EDM folks for moving to Calgary I guess, I have to be in EDM about three times a year and I can't stand the place after 48 h. What a sh*thole.... I'd move to Calgary too.
45 minutes to the Rocky Mountains or 45 minutes to... Spruce Grove?? Morinville?

Lol "house money" with Drai and McDavids clocks ticking and about to run out

There is no house money, Oilers fans and their media, and their players have been saying cup or bust all year.
This isn't the Canucks where it was a run that came out of nowhere. The Oilers have been the self proclaimed cup favorites all year.

I don't know, this season has been a nightmare that never ends.
I am terrified that there is a possibility of a Rangers Oilers SCF. I'll be done with the NHL if that happens.

With all the clips tonight of the screaming kids you would have thought they just won the cup, but the more mature “non delusional” fans know for a fact they were lucky to win that round and that they are not nearly as good as the media fanboys would have us believe.

It was a very impressive win against a team playing their 3rd string goalie.
With their best defenseman playing through an injury and not close to 100%.
With their best goal scorer missing game 7 with a blood clot.
With almost their entire team no showing 3 games in the series.

Your team lost to the worst team left in the playoffs with your $11.6 million "superstar" flubbing it and your Norris winner getting walked by a rookie.
Loved it. Turned the series.
With McHobo no-showing half the series and you can't even complain about the refs. Lol Vancouver

Yeah wtf?
Oiler fans talking out of their butt like always.
Nothing but hot, rancid air.
Just setting up excuses for when they get worked. So "house money" or cup or bust"? Can't be both. But I've been hearing the latter all year.

My team?
Any true Flames fan has one team only in these playoffs.
ANYBODY. BUT. EDMONTON.

Oh, my fault. Sorry (really). You sure sounded like a Canuck fan to me.
But, yeah, we're all on the same page now...

Finally, a series to get invested in without reservation. No having to become a Canucks fan. No having to cheer for Doughty. Love the speed and depth of Dallas. Love to see Tanev get a ring. Let's go!

I actually don't think the Oilers were that lucky this time. The Canucks were just absent for most of it. Which, when you think about it is an indictment on the Oilers as a team to be put on the ropes by a team playing half dead/MIA.
Canucks may have taken the lowest shot total by a team over a 7 game series in the second round, and yet they did a lot of damage with the shots they did take.
The Oilers goalies are way too porous and probably won't be up to the task of a good team showing up that had 2x as many 20 goal scorers as they did.
I'd be claiming "house money" too, knowing what's likely to follow.

Yeah I agree. Vancouver really gave it away, and it still went to 7 games.
Oilers don't stand a chance here
