They put Butker in the kitchen lol. Chargers are not good at a lot of things, but their social media team is beyond reproach.

Those Giants uniforms are the answer to the question "If the Montreal Canadiens had a football jersey, what would it look like?".

Another year of heavy New York Jets games coming next season. Unbelievable. They're not a good team. I know it's the biggest market, but are there really that many Jets fans? Is featuring that psycho that must of an "asset" to the league? There are many interesting stories to follow this season, none of those being Aaron Rodgers. The league would be better off without him.

I mean it would be funny, but we can obviously expect Bosa to take that game off, so he should be alright.

Nothing is certain but death, taxes, and prime time overexposure of the Giants and Jets. At least the Cowboys win regular season games and have some good players to showcase. Over the past few decades we have been force fed a heavy dose of starting QB talents like Pennington, Sanchez, Smith, Darnold, Wilson, Manning (it will be a sad day if he gets into the HOF), and Jones. It's a big market but those teams have largely been a poor showcase of the NFL to casual fans around the globe.

Likely won't change things for Canadian viewers at least short term? I assume it would only be for Netflix viewers in the US as Canadian TV broadcasters may already have the TV rights for those games here.
Longer term the change to streaming services will be interesting if traditional TV networks play a smaller role. Hopefully not a negative effect on international viewers (ie Canadian).

It's kind of a mess for American fans though. For an American to watch all the games including prime time will cost $145 USD per month.

So much for the crash of cable TV resulting in the collapse of sports profits and franchise values. Streaming is going to send it even further to the roof.

Couldn't agree with you more, average QB who made a couple plays in 2 SB's while his defense carried him. I feel like he will get in because of that and his name. Rivers was a better QB, if Manning played on the chargers, he would have no rings too.

A resolution in the alleged free agent tampering cases of the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles is likely to come this week, per league sources.
The Falcons have been investigated for the contact they may or may not have had with then-free agent quarterback Kirk Cousins before he signed with Atlanta. The Eagles have been investigated for the contact they may or may not have had with then-free agent running back Saquon Barkley. The NFL has spoken to various members of both organizations.

Good article on The Athletic today on the state of officiating in the NFL. It's a mess on and off the field. How the heck does this happen with the most powerful league in North America.
During a pregame meeting in 2022, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin asked the officiating crew a question that had been bugging him.
So, who’s in charge here?
As one crew member recalls, Tomlin asked who in the league office was responsible for answering his questions about officiating decisions and who made the final decisions on replay reviews. “I have no idea,” the official told Tomlin that day. “I can’t tell you who’s the boss or who’s not. It’s been so secretive, and they’re just not very forthcoming.”
“They are not paying enough attention upstairs to what it takes to actually run an officiating department,” Green said.
