I can't actually tell what the fight is about, at all or if there is even a fight.
I don't even have anything against the poster to be honest, he makes some good points and posts and contributes to the board. There are a lot of things we disagree on but he sure does have a grudge with me. Life is too fn short and I have entirely to much other bad crap going in in my life to hold a grudge. That wasn't me as a poster even a year ago. Anyhow I put him on ignore and I just want to move on from it.
Sometimes when I see the back and forth arguments in this thread remind me of that commercial where Mama Tkachuk separate the Tkachuk brothers by sending one to the back of the car.

It's probably better to not call other people's opinions "idiocy." That rubs most the wrong way. It's not very difficult to imagine someone holding a grudge against someone else calling them an idiot.

I was going to suggest pistols at 50 paces. That way we'll have a winner and the endless bickering would end
For those watching those highlights take notice on his wide skating stance when protecting the puck against a defender, Crosby does this better than anybody which made him extremely hard to knock off the puck and one of the best of all time, I'm not saying he's the next Crosby but this is why I think this kid is can't miss, as he matures and gets stronger he's going to be a beast.
He may not be a bull like his dad, but can he ever skate. Not talking straight away speed (which he's decent at), but the agility especially in close. Plus power to move with defenders leaning on him.
As for what position he plays, he enters the zone on the wing, but after that? He's everywhere.

Just asking because I don't know... was Jarome "a bull" / power forward at Tij's age, or did that come as he got a bit older / filled out?
Even though some of these kids are already monsters, others likely aren't quite their final form yet, at least will likely add more muscle into their 20s.

Well, he was considered to be good but not elite, I know that much. Yeah he was thought to be a strong power forward type.
But he was no Steve Kelly. Who’s that, you ask? Why he’s the guy Edmonton drafted 6OA. Played 27 games for them and had a goal. Ended up with 9 goals, 21 points over 149 games.
