saying that United did it the hard way would be an understatement. Several great chances to put the tie to bed, but they missed a ton of sitters. Should have never been that nerve wrecking, they made it really hard on themselves.

hopefully those Rojo and Zlatan injuries aren't too bad, but the Zlatan thing didn't look good. Knees should not bend that way

oh, and after the "where would United be without Ibra" talk on here a couple of weeks ago: I'm at a point where I'm not even sure if I'd re-sign him if I were United. He's slowing them down to no end, they are a more dangerous and flexible team with Rashford up front. Buy a good young striker and go with Rashford/Mkhitaryan/Martial/Lingard/new striker as options for the front 3.

He's been great but if you want to go for the future you let him go

Especially since this summer looks like a ton of strikers are on the move

The Zlatan to LA rumors are gaining steam too

The EL is United's to lose now

Refresh me here.

If Leicester won the CL, and United the EL, would 6 English clubs be headed to CL?

No, five is the maximum. No country can have more than five teams enter the Champions League.

Gotcha.
In that scenario, who would get bumped? EL, or 4th place?

insanity. Sounds more like a really cheap movie plot than reality

Worst possible cl semi final draw

But to me it sets open the best possible final of Juve vs either Madrid side

Great United draw, Jose will be happy, not a walkover but best team to play over two legs

Either opponent would make a great final

Ramos probably getting himself a three match suspension for the sarcastic clapping after a pretty clear red card.

What an extraordinary game and finish. What a run by Roberto to set up the Messi winner.

Madrid got a rush of blood to the head at the end there, down to 10 men, 92nd minute, a draw is a great result..... and lets have 6 guys in the opponents box

still heavy favorites because they should win their final 6, but one slip up now and Barca own the tiebreaker

one game ban for Ramos. Beyond farcical, but it's Real, so ... shocker.

I'm surprised he even got one, but it was against Messi so...

Dortmund beat Bayern 3-2 in the semis of the German Cup. No idea how Bayern lost that game, they wasted a ton of good chances and should have won comfortably. Instead Dortmund scored twice within 5 minutes (69, 74) and held on.

So only the league title for Bayern this year. Not up to their standards.
