From a self preservation perspective, two scenarios you just invited are either him wising up, getting anxious and deciding to take out more victims, or the police actually arriving at McDonalds and that's where the show down is.

Kudos to them for having the gall to get involved in such a volatile situation, though.
I know when I worked at McDonald's in high school, it was standard operating procedure to ask suspected drunk drivers in the drive through to pull into the waiting area as their order "would be a few minutes". Then we'd call the cops and report them, the real kicker being we'd still bring them their food once we saw the cops pull into the parking lot.

So it's possible the staff were doing exactly what they were trained to do "If you suspect a danger exist, ask the customer to pull into a parking spot to wait for their order, then call law enforcement."

Thanks for the tip, next time I'm told to wait, I'll be peeling out of their in a big black cloud of tire smoke and exhaust.

I had heard absolutely nothing about the Mississippi shooting with 8 casualties, this Orlando shooting was a blurb I just happened to catch. Just a sign of what this country has turned into. At this point, shooting stories are a footnote unless the casualty number is too high to ignore.

It's getting to the point where Canadian are starting to have a better chance at catching stories of US mass shootings than Americans.

There's 2 kinds of mass shooting in America, those done by Muslims or illegals and those done by Americans, one is bad, and should be cause for border walls and travel bans. The other is a constitutional right.

So sad that the president being so snarky and petty is a legitimate thought.

Yikes, Orlando is going through another sad time with this shooting. The shooter killed 5 people and then shot himself. http://www.cbc.ca/news/world/orlando-workplace-shooting-1.4146101

I can't believe how calm that kid was in the video. Not even like a surprised look or raised eyebrows or something.

I wonder if they caught the perp and if the 150 bucks was worth it

From what I remember the cops knew him well and picked him up 3 hours later. he didn't get to finish much of the beer he bought

Very intelligent of him not to wear a mask!

You assume he didn't want to go to jail, after a while jail becomes the easiest place to live when you are used to it.
