Best fine dining in Calgary?
any recommendations? so far we've tried Q Haute, Rouge, Chef's table, River Cafe, and Teatro. Next up is anew table and catch. Not sure where to try after that.

Off the top of my head....
Cassis for dinner
Avec for dinner or lunch
Alloy for lunch
Blink for dinner
If you want to go old school, I personally love La Chaumiere, but I have a bias.
After that it depends on your opinion of fine dining. Calgary does not have Michelin star restoraunts like in the large US cities. Don't get me wrong as a person who's hobby is travel to eat, Calgary has some great dining spots. Just don't expect Le Bernardin level of fine dining.
I think the Chef Tasting at Chef's Table is the closest I have had to an upper level large US city meal in Calgary. To be honest I just don't go with my wife all that often here for fine dining. We typically go more casual, and mostly to Anju. Roy Oh is a fantastic chef, can't say enough good things about Anju, but again I am a bit biased as I have eaten lots of Korean in my life. Carino is very good as well for lunch or dinner. Black Pig is very good for dinner.

The Inn closed years ago and has been rebranded a couple of times. Now it is The Lake House.

Char Cut is one of my favourites for cured meats, beer, wine, etc.
On that note, the Black Pig in Bridgeland is outstanding.
La Chaumiere is old school and great, but excellent service can make people feel awkward. It's like a time capsule of goodness. Great for lunch especially in the summer with their patio. Great value.
The Lakehouse has an excellent brunch. A bit pricy, but stellar venue.
Teatro's sister restaurant Cucina, across from Holt Renfrew is excellent. Try out lots of appetizers and some cocktails from their great bartender.
Model Milk is a must for food and cocktails.

I've eaten at a lot of Michelin star restaurants, but am really curious as to why you cite Alloy. For the life of me I want to love this place, based on it's location, but have never had a great meal there. I'm just curious. Everything else on your list is spot on.
La Bernardin was an outstanding memory. Ever had eats in Atlanta? Crazy area for food.
