That was an impressive first period as both teams combined for 27 shots, 14-13 in favour of the Kings. That was a bizarre shorthanded goal by Hagelin.
Statistics from NBC's telecast
The Rangers are 9-2 in the playoffs after leading the first period. The Kings are 3-6 after trailing in the first period.

We will have to see for games three and four in New York otherwise NBC is just like the CBC and TSN, they are anti-west.

Yeah, I meant the games in New York, but from what I hear, they won't allow it. I was surprised to see New York had a public broadcast.
